ReConnect50, Inc. Guest Terms of Service Effective Date: 01JUL2026 ReConnect50, Inc. (“ReConnect50,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online platform connecting guests with hosts offering short-term vacation rentals in the United States. These Guest Terms of Service (“Guest Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReConnect50 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) as a guest. We proudly welcome active duty military, veterans, retirees, and their families to the ReConnect50 community. Beyond thankfulness for your service to the greatest nation on Earth (United States of America), ReConnect50 sole purpose for existence is to provide YOU a genuine BENEFIT (50% off retail pricing) that will ease the burden - primarily expense – of travelling our beautiful country. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Guest Terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party (including companions, family members, and guests). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. 1. Definitions • Booking: A confirmed reservation for a short-term vacation rental Property arranged through the Platform. • Guest or you: Any individual or entity using the Platform to search, book, or stay at a Property. • Host: The owner, manager, or authorized representative listing a Property on the Platform. • Property: Any short-term vacation rental accommodation listed on the Platform. • Services: The intermediary marketplace services provided by ReConnect50 facilitating connections between Guests and Hosts. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. ReConnect50 reserves the right to verify identity, age, military affiliation (for any special programs or discounts), or eligibility at any time and may suspend or cancel accounts or bookings if verification fails or fraud is suspected. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. 3. Platform Role and Bookings ReConnect50 acts solely as a marketplace intermediary. We do not own, manage, or control any Properties. Hosts are independent contractors; no agency, partnership, or joint venture is created. All bookings create direct contracts solely between Guests and Hosts. ReConnect50 is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, Host performance, or Property condition. Bookings are subject to availability and Host approval. A Booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and confirmation notification. 4. Payments and Fees You agree to pay all fees, taxes, service charges, and other amounts associated with your Booking. ReConnect50 facilitates payments through third-party processors but is not liable for their errors. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Host and clearly displayed for the Property. If no cancellation policy is displayed – cancellations with a 30 day notice prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund from the Host and all applicable ReConnect50 fees. 5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct You and all members of your traveling party must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, the specific House Rules of the Property, and any reasonable instructions from the Host. You are fully responsible for any damage to the Property (beyond normal wear and tear), excessive cleaning costs, or violations caused by you or your companions. Prohibited Conduct: You and your party shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, illegal activities, submission of false information, spam, unauthorized subletting, excessive parties, or any actions that violate Platform rules or third-party rights. 6. Cancellations, Modifications, and Issues Cancellations must be made through the Platform and are subject to the Host’s cancellation policy. For check-in issues or Property unavailability, contact contact@reconnect50.com immediately. 7. Taxes You are responsible for any local occupancy, tourist, or other taxes or fees not collected through the Platform. 8. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform is owned by ReConnect50 or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit Platform content. 9. Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability The Platform and all Properties are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. You assume all risks associated with booking, travel to, and staying at any Property, including personal injury, property damage, or disruptions due to force majeure events. ReConnect50 disclaims all liability for Host actions, Property conditions, or third-party conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReConnect50’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReConnect50 as a booking fee. All cancellation and refund disputes are between You and the Host. You agree to indemnify and hold ReConnect50, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or stay at any Property. 10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Guest Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 11. Termination ReConnect50 may suspend or terminate your access for violations or without cause. You may stop using the Platform at any time. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 13. Message to our Veteran Brothers & Sisters – Humanity Clause Listen up, warrior. You fought for this country, and now ReConnect50 is fighting for you with a REAL 50% discount on every stay. That’s not some one-time participation trophy. You keep that discount forever as long as you live up to one simple rule: Be a good human. That’s it. No spreadsheets, no 47 checkboxes. No briefings, no therapy. Just don’t be a dirtbag. Here’s what “good human” looks like on property: • Treat the house like it belongs to your favorite battle buddy’s grandma. Respect it. Leave it better than you found it. • No trashing the place. No holes in walls, no cigarette burns, no “it was like that when I got here” fairy-tales. You break it, you buy it — or fix it like a grown adult. • Clean up after yourself. We’re not your damn maid service. Wipe down the counters, take out the trash, run the dishwasher. Act like you’ve got some standards. • Keep the noise reasonable. Neighbors aren’t on deployment — they don’t want to hear 0300 reveille or your war story karaoke at midnight. • No unauthorized guests, parties, or turning this into a temporary FOB for half the battalion. This is a private property, not team week. • Follow all house rules and local laws. If the HOA or city says no, then it’s a hard no — don’t make us come explain it to you. • Be cool to the property managers and neighbors. They’re on our team. Treat them right. Do these things like the professional you are, and that 50% discount stays locked in for every future booking. Unlimited. No expiration. Act like a degenerate and we’ll revoke that benefit faster than a bad conduct discharge. We don’t want to do it, but we will. This program exists for warriors who still carry the ethos they swore to uphold. You earned the discount with your service. Now earn the next one by not being an dirtbag. Welcome home, brother/sister. Now go enjoy the beach/mountains/wherever like you are an American with FREE WILL. 14. Miscellaneous If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReConnect50.
